Work Schedule
Monday through Friday. 7.5-hour workday with .5-hour unpaid lunch. Paid for actual time worked; there are no paid vacation or sick days. During NYPA and Canals holidays, the business is closed, and no work is permitted. NYPA requires a hybrid schedule of a minimum of 3 days on-site, up to including fully on-site depending on department requirements.

CWPO Engagement Requirements
Candidates are REQUIRED to be local to Tri-State area and in W2 tax status as employee of Service Provider.
Fully remote positions are prohibited. Hybrid schedules are permissible with a minimum of 3 days on-site depending on assignment and can be fully on-site depending on business needs. Remote work privileges can be revoked at any time.
NYPA does not provide laptops. Instead, NYPA provides desktops and dedicated workstations which candidates will remote into from their personal equipment on virtual days.
If candidate does not have proper equipment, internet connection, or he/she is deemed to not work effectively from home, the hybrid privilege will be revoked.
Vendors must disclose foreign national status and all Visas at the time of candidate submission. Additionally, a Benefits Waiver and Ethics Disclosure will be required by all candidates during onboarding.

Project Overview
The DocuSign CLM Analyst will support the Enterprise Business Systems team within the EPMO by providing day‐to‐day functional and technical support for DocuSign CLM and related contract lifecycle management technologies. This role will serve as a key liaison between business users, IT, and external partners to ensure the CLM platform is stable, efficient, and continuously improved.

Job Functions & Responsibilities

  • Provide daily support and triage for DocuSign CLM, including issue identification, troubleshooting, root‐cause analysis, and resolution.
  • Partner with business users to understand CLM workflow needs, configuration requests, and enhancement opportunities.
  • Maintain and update CLM templates, workflows, routing logic, fields, rules, clause libraries, and document generation components.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive end‐user training for DocuSign CLM, including creation of training materials, job aids, demonstrations, and ongoing reinforcement sessions to support adoption and proficiency across business units.
  • Manage and prioritize enhancement requests, defects, and optimization initiatives; coordinate with technical teams as needed.
  • Perform system administration activities such as user provisioning, permission updates, roles, groups, and system configurations.
  • Support release management, regression testing, and validation of CLM updates or new functionality.
  • Monitor platform health, performance, integrations, and data quality; escalate risks or systemic issues proactively.
  • Collaborate with cross‐functional teams (Legal, Procurement, IT, Project Management, and EPMO) to align CLM processes with enterprise standards.
  • Document processes, SOPs, training materials, and knowledge articles to support user adoption and operational continuity.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts across the broader EPMO Enterprise Business Systems portfolio.

Skills

  • Strong experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms.
  • Experience with DocuSign CLM strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with related technologies such as DocuSign eSignature, workflow automation platforms, document generation tools, and integration frameworks.
  • Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into system requirements and configuration.
  • Solid understanding of workflow design, rules engines, approval logic, and metadata structures.
  • Experience supporting enterprise systems, including troubleshooting, testing, and change control.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across technical and non‐technical teams.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks in a fast‐paced environment.

Education & Certifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field required. DocuSign CLM Administrator or DocuSign CLM Specialist certification (preferred if available). Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), ITIL Foundation (preferred if available).
