Job description

Job Overview:

Pay Range $34hr - 39hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 5-10 years of experience.
  • Understanding of ADDIE model to build effective training material.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated experience with creating and modifying content in Adobe InDesign.

Responsibilities:

  • Creates & maintains technical training documentation (training slides, quick reference materials, textbooks, operator notebooks, training guides, etc.) for customer and support training.
  • Documents are both internal/external facing and digital/print for consumer method.
  • Integrates various sources of information into a uniform style and language for regulatory compliance.
  • Facilitates reviews of all material created for document version control, regulatory approvals, and final sign-off.
  • Maintains periodic review of training materials to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Works with trainers and subject matter experts to collaborate on content creation and approval.
  • Acts as a resource for trainers/SMEs on document design, layout and learner experience.
  • Works independently and maintains a multi-project workload tracked through an intake system to help with prioritization and project status.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with document control systems preferred (Veeva).
  • Familiarity with other Adobe Creative Cloud tools (i.e., Adobe Acrobat Pro, Photoshop), Canva, Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
