Mortgage Final Document Administrative Specialist

We are seeking a Mortgage Final Document Administrative Specialist to join our team at our Elkhorn, NE location. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring that all final mortgage documents are accurately processed and filed in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:
Office Administration
• Manage office inventory by tracking, ordering, and organizing supplies.
• Greet visitors and clients arriving at the front desk.
• Coordinate office vendors for equipment maintenance and shredding services.
• Prepare outgoing mail including certified mail, FedEx, and UPS shipments.
• Maintain shared office spaces like conference rooms and the breakroom.
Final Documents Management
• Review recorded mortgages and deeds of trust for accuracy from county offices.
• Track title policies and ensure final policies match loan terms.
• Obtain missing documents from title companies, escrow agents, and internal staff.
• Organize collateral files to send to investors or the warehouse bank.
Post-Closing Audits
• Fix errors quickly by contacting the closing agent or borrower for corrections.
System Updates
• Update loan systems with current file statuses and tracking dates.
