Job description

Company is looking for scanners to perform document scanning services by operating high speed document scanners and meet the daily production goals.
Job Responsibilities 
•    Reading and understanding the work order prior to starting the job and following directions. 
•    Scanning paper documents, following project operating procedures 
•    Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks, adjust the scanner settings, if necessary, paper handling and perform quality control tasks. 
* Loading paper and booklets into a cutting machine to remove binding. 
•    Keep the work area clean and free of potential safety hazards.
•    Consistently monitor and inspect the work for image quality, accuracy and safe handling of the source materials. 
•    Perform other tasks, duties, or functions directed by the Supervisor.
•    Follow the guidelines and standard operating procedures. 
•    Punctual and follow the production schedules 
•    Assure the job is done correctly and to the highest degree of quality, accuracy and meeting set goals. 
Expectations
•    Be a team player.
•    Maintain a courteous and “can-do” attitude. 
•    Be available for temporary assignment to other job responsibilities when needed. 
•    Abide by all company rules and regulations, including those set forth in the Employee Handbook. 
Qualifications and Experience
•    Ability to read, write, and speak English.
•    Experience equivalent to 1+ years of experience performing document scanning work in a production level environment.
•    Good operating understanding of the Production grade scanners from Kodak, Fujitsu or Canon. 
•    Ability to lift and carry boxes with moderate weights that can be up to 35 lbs. on a regular basis. 
•    Ability to pass basic background checks and drug screening. 
Temp assignment through the end of the year, possibly longer.
Monday - Friday: 
 Monday-Friday 4am-1230pm
 Monday-Friday 12pm-845pm
 Sunday-Thursday 830pm-5am
(all schedules have potential OT)
$20 an hour
OT as needed
