We are looking for a detail-oriented Document Review Specialist to support document handling and quality review activities for a Contract position based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. In this role, you will help maintain accurate records by organizing, scanning, and validating a high volume of materials while ensuring documentation is complete and easy to retrieve. This opportunity is well suited for someone who takes pride in precision, works efficiently with structured processes, and can manage document workflows with consistency.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Review incoming files for completeness, accuracy, and proper formatting before they are entered into document systems.
โ€ข Scan paper records and convert physical materials into organized digital files with clear indexing and naming conventions.
