Job description

Our ideal candidate is an attorney with 3-6 years of litigation experience with: (i) strong research, writing, and analytical abilities; (ii) solid organization skills and the ability to appropriately prioritize tasks; (iii) the ability to learn quickly, communicate well, show initiative, and thrive in a demanding environment; and (iv) a demonstrated interest in and commitment to working in a litigation setting. Prior coursework, training or work experience in consumer litigation, product liability or employment law fields is a plus. Trial experience is also a desired attribute.
Principal duties and responsibilities will include legal research and factual investigation; drafting legal memoranda and all varieties of pleadings and motions; coordinating with expert witnesses and consultants; drafting strategic offensive discovery and responses to defensive discovery; taking and assisting with the preparation for depositions; managing all phases of document review and production; and preparing for and trying cases.
