Regional Office Support Associate

Immediate full-time opportunity - 40 hours per week guaranteed

Monday through Friday - Day time hours (no nights or weekends)

The MCS Group, Inc. has a full-time opportunity for a regional office support associate for the North/Central Jersey area. Job responsibilities include office support functions such as receptionist, copy and document imaging, records management, mail processing, shipping & receiving, and hospitality. This is a Monday-Friday, 8 am – 5 pm position that will not require nights/weekends.

Candidates must possess strong customer service skills and a positive approach to working in a high-paced environment with the ability to lift 40lbs. The ideal candidate for this position will be able to work independently and be dependable. Customer service, skills, and flexibility are key for this position as this employee will be supporting locations throughout the North/Central NJ area.

Position description:

The regional office services associate must be highly motivated, customer-focused, and capable of demonstrating a variety of tasks related to the legal environment. This associate provides a high level of quality while maximizing productivity. Travel expenses for mileage and any tolls will be reimbursed monthly. The primary office locations for support are: Mahwah, Roseland, Iselin, and Hackensack.

The job responsibilities include reception support, handling document copy/printing and imaging, mail processing, records management, shipping/receiving, and hospitality.

Candidates must have their own reliable transportation and a good driver's record to report to daily assignments within the North/Central NJ area. Gas mileage and toll reimbursement are available in certain circumstances.

This is a full-time job with full benefits, including medical, 401(k), and PTO time. Traveling in the surrounding areas is necessary and includes mileage reimbursement.
