About the Role
Impact you will make
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Staff Assistant to join our Print & Ship team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with the printing, packaging, and shipping of documents, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of packages. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and attention to detail. As a Staff Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations within the Print & Ship department. You will be responsible for maintaining a HIPAA compliant, clean, and safe office space.
What you will do
  • Printing, organizing, and preparing documents for shipping
  • Prepare, package, and label items for delivery to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintain an organized inventory of supplies and materials for printing and shipping tasks
  • Operate printing and shipping equipment, including copiers, printers, scanners and packing tools
  • Manage daily inventory and ensure timely mailing of all items
  • Maintain clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and productivity
  • Notate accounts with tracking information
  • Order mailing supplies via USPS website
  • Handle incoming mail, scans and files
  • Ensure HIPAA compliance as it relates to printing, documenting, storing and shredding of sensitive documents

What you will bring
  • Ability to apply a high level of attention to detail to produce clear, concise, and grammatically correct routine business correspondence
  • Ability to stay organized with a strong focus on attention to detail
  • Ability to problem solve, prioritize duties, and follow-through completely with assigned tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • High School Education or GED
  • Ability to work on-site in Lakeland, FL office required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. required

  • US remote-based colleagues are not permitted to work from a location outside of the United States, at any time, without prior, written approval.
