Job description

Cross Solutions is seeking US-based SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding and Recruiting consultant to lead all aspects of assigned projects regarding the implementation of these modules at the direction of the project management team and in collaboration with the client team. The consultant will interface with the client, project team members, and senior management to meet both clients and company expectations. In addition to the above-mentioned modules, the candidate will also need to have an extensive knowledge of complex integrations with internal HR systems, third-party applications and external recruiting platforms. The SuccessFactors Onboarding and Recruiting consultants are expected to be a team member for large and small-scale projects as an individual contributor.
Role and Responsibilities:
Operational
  • Capable of wearing multiple hats simultaneously (i.e., strategic, and operational)
  • Gather business requirements, create/maintain requirements workbooks (and related documents), working with project team and client teams from concept to go-live.
  • Ability to identify and deploy processes, systems, execution, documentation, and other improvements including configuration and management of XML feeds, API connections and tracking parameters.
  • Ability to collaborate with and solicit (open to) input from senior leadership, peers, directs, external partners, and customers.
  • Perform system configuration, testing, and deployment.
Project Accountability
  • Serve as the single point of accountability for all aspects of their assigned project(s) workstream(s).
  • Direct and control all activities to align with and meet client expectations within your assigned workstream.
  • Obtain required approvals (e.g. requirements, workbooks, testing results, etc.).
Project Execution
• Maintain project documentation and prepare/deliver project progress reports.
• Conduct internal project review meetings and act as a project information source.
• Perform final review of deliverables.
• Deliver quality solutions.
• Ensure their deliverables are on time and on/under budget.
• Identify and communicate project risks.
• Deliver to project scope and communicate change activities.
Qualifications:
Required:
  • 5-year minimum configuration and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding, Recruiting, and Marketing modules.
  • At least 3-full-life cycle SuccessFactors Onboarding, Recruiting, and Marketing Implementation
  • SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Certification, SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting: Recruiter Experience (RCM) Certification, and SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting: Candidate Experience (RMK) Certification.
  • Hands-on experience with design and build of Integration Center jobs and file-based (SFTP) interfaces with third-party HR systems.
  • Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
  • Willing to become certified in additional modules.
  • Willing to remain current with SAP/SuccessFactors HCM technologies.
  • Knowledgeable with HR policies and practices, and ability to anticipate future trends.
  • Ability to elicit and document business requirements.
  • Detailed and results-oriented individuals take the initiative to solve problems.
  • Ability to communicate with team members and customers concisely and confidently, both verbal and written.
  • Ability and desire to share knowledge with customers and mentor the project team.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.

  • Ability to work closely with multiple internal and external organizations.
  • US Citizen or Green Card.
  • Able to pass background checks and public trust clearance if/when needed for assignments.

Preferred:
  • Experience configuring, implementing, or supporting additional SuccessFactors modules.
  • Familiarity with metadata and compliance requirements.
  • Experience working in HR and consulting with SAP SuccessFactors implementations.

Plus:
  • Knowledge of technical data processing procedures, integrations, etc.
  • SAP HCM On-Premises or Employee Central Payroll (ECP) experience.
