Document Control Administrator
Location: Greater Los Angeles Area
Pay: $28.00 to $38.00 per hour (DOE)

Position Summary
We are seeking an organized Document Control Administrator to support engineering and capital improvement projects by managing technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate document control, revision management, and distribution while maintaining compliance with company procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain electronic and hard-copy engineering records.
  • Process document revisions and version control.
  • Track engineering drawings, RFIs, specifications, submittals, and project documentation.
  • Manage document transmittals and distribution.
  • Coordinate document workflows between engineering and project teams.
  • Maintain document numbering systems and filing structures.
  • Generate document status reports and tracking logs.
  • Archive project records according to company standards.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 3 years of document control or project administrative experience.
  • Experience supporting engineering, construction, utility, or infrastructure projects preferred.
  • Strong Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience with SharePoint, Procore, OpenText, Aconex, Documentum, or similar document management systems is preferred.
