BHS Workforce is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Lexington, Kentucky.

Position: Registered Nurse (RN)
Shift: Night shift, 7:00 PMโ€“7:00 AM

Requirements
  • No experience required
  • ADN or ASN required
  • Active RN license in the applicable state
  • BLS required
  • EPIC experience required
  • BSN preferred
  • Previous nursing experience preferred
Main Responsibilities
  • Assess patients and identify their needs
  • Create and update individualized care plans
  • Give medications, treatments, and nursing care
  • Monitor patients and recognize changes in condition
  • Communicate changes to doctors and other healthcare providers
  • Educate patients and families about treatments and care
  • Help with admissions, transfers, and discharges
