Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

KLA is seeking a Supplier Communications & Intelligence Program Manager to drive scalable, global supplier communication programs and analytics across our supply base. This role is highly focused on owning supplier communication strategy end-to-end-ensuring consistent, high-quality engagement with suppliers while enabling data-driven decision-making across the supply chain. This is an ideal role for candidates with strong program management or trade compliance experience who have operated in complex, supplier-facing environments and understand how to drive accountability, responsiveness, and data integrity at scale. You will partner closely with Global Operations, sourcing, and compliance teams to ensure supplier communication frameworks and data are structured, actionable, and aligned to business priorities.

Job Duties, but not limited to:

Supplier Communication Strategy (Core Focus)

  • Own and execute global supplier communication strategy, including outreach models, campaign design, cadence, and performance tracking.
  • Design and lead high-impact supplier campaigns to drive data collection, compliance-related requests, risk assessments, and corrective actions.
  • Drive supplier responsiveness and accountability through clear messaging, defined ownership, and structured workflows.
  • Build and scale repeatable communication frameworks that improve supplier engagement across a diverse global supply base.
  • Govern and maintain supplier contact data, ensuring accurate ownership and reliable points of contact across systems.

Program Management & Analytics

  • Lead end-to-end program execution for supplier communication initiatives, ensuring timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables stay on track.
  • Own supplier datasets related to communication and scoping, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and usability.
  • Analyze supplier responses and campaign performance to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop metrics, dashboards, and leadership-ready insights to inform supply chain and procurement decisions.
  • Standardize and streamline data and communication workflows to enable scale and reduce manual effort.

Cross-Functional & External Engagement

  • Partner across Global Operations, sourcing, category management, supplier management, and trade/compliance teams to align communication and data needs.
  • Act as the primary owner for supplier-facing communication tools and service providers, ensuring quality delivery and alignment to program objectives.
  • Support supply chain risk awareness by identifying communication gaps, supplier responsiveness issues, and emerging trends.
  • Operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, bringing structure and clarity to complex problems.

Qualifications, but not limited to:

  • Program management experience in supply chain, supplier management, or compliance-driven environments; trade compliance experience is strongly valued.
  • Proven success in supplier-facing roles, especially driving communication, engagement, or data collection across external partners.
  • Experience in manufacturing or complex hardware environments with global supply chains.
  • Strong ability to translate supplier inputs into clear insights, recommendations, and executive-level narratives.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and building structure from the ground up.
  • Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
