United Care ABA is a rapidly growing healthcare company helping children and families access services. We're looking for an ambitious and dependable team member looking to join a company with real growth opportunity.

Responsibilities Across Two Departments

Meet with us and we will work together to determine which position is the best fit for you. We currently have four open positions.

• Communicate with families by phone, email, and text
• Help families complete required paperwork and documentation
• Follow up on outstanding items and keep cases moving forward
• Maintain accurate records and case information
• Coordinate with families, providers, and internal departments
• Assist with scheduling and administrative support
• Monitor deadlines and ensure required documents are received
• Learn and navigate multiple software systems throughout the day
• Support day-to-day office operations

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish-speaking highly preferred
• Strong computer skills required
• Comfortable learning and working in multiple software platforms
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
• Professional, dependable, and accountable
• Fast learner with strong problem-solving skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment

Experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Coordinator, Medical Receptionist, Scheduler, Customer Service Representative, HR Assistant, or a similar office-based role is preferred.
