Job description

Copy Doctor is seeking a friendly, committed and  self-motivated individual to join our team. The Customer Service Representative main responsibility is to be the first point of contact with our customers. Whether they are placing/picking up an order, or need assistance with the self-serve printers and computers, the CSR  is there to provide a great customer experience.

  Duties

  • Greet and attend customers as soon as they walk into Copy Doctor

  • Respond to customers inquiries in a timely, courteous and professional manner.

  • Address customer complaints and seek the input of Manager when the matters cannot be resolved

  • Assist customers in the self-service area

  • Check out customers at the cash register

  • Fill job order sheet per Copy Doctor procedure

  • Develop estimates and quotations using the Point of Sale System.

  • Call customers to gather input to quote a print job, as well as to notify customers when jobs are ready

  • File completed jobs

  • Create shipping labels 

  • Print basic orders

  • Finish jobs by cutting, binding, punching, laminating and folding.

  • Performs store closing activities such as organizing and cleaning

Qualifications

  • Friendly, energetic and positive attitude are essential!

  • Well organized and detail oriented

  • Professional, personable phone etiquette

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Able to lift 50 pounds or more

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time

  • Minimum High School or GED
