• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, formulating personalized and effective treatment plans.
• Formulate and implement individualized treatment strategies that cater to clients' unique challenges and goals.
• Provide both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices tailored to the needs of our patient population.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to facilitate integrated care and comprehensive treatment.
• Educate clients' families about mental health issues and recovery processes, actively involving them in the treatment journey to enhance outcomes.
• Ensure meticulous documentation and maintenance of accurate, confidential client records, adhering to regulatory and ethical guidelines.

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Demonstrated specialized training or extensive experience in mental health counseling, particularly in outpatient settings.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based practices for treating various mental health disorders.
• Exceptional therapeutic and counseling skills with the ability to foster rapport and motivate clients effectively throughout the therapeutic process.
• Excellent communication skills paired with a collaborative mindset to work harmoniously with a multidisciplinary treatment team.

• Experience working with diverse populations, particularly in an outpatient setting.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms to facilitate remote patient care.
• Participation in ongoing professional development activities and continuing education relevant to mental health counseling.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
