Docketing Manager

Our client in Hackensack, NJ is looking for an ONSITE Docketing Manager for a full time position. Pay is up to $135,000 annually DOE. This position is 100% ONSITE!

Position Description
  • Responsible for the implementation, oversight, and continuous improvement of the firmwide litigation calendaring and docketing function.
  • This role partners closely with litigators and practice group leaders to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant docketing of all court deadlines, appearances, and related matters.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in litigation docketing
  • Experience with CourtAlert highly desired
  • Ability to train and supervise docketing staff
