Litigation Legal Administrative Assistant
Baltimore, MD | Hybrid Schedule (3 Days In Office / 2 Days Remote)
Salary: $72,000 - $100,000 + Overtime Eligible
A prestigious law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Administrative Assistant to support a team of accomplished litigation partners handling sophisticated commercial, intellectual property, entertainment, and complex civil litigation matters.

Responsibilities:
Litigation Support
- Prepare, revise, proofread, and format pleadings, motions, subpoenas, discovery requests, exhibits, and legal correspondence
- Manage state and federal court filings, including electronic filing through PACER and ECF systems
- Prepare witness binders, trial binders, exhibits, and deposition materials
- Assist with deposition preparation, hearing preparation, and trial preparation
- Coordinate service of process and filing logistics
- Create and maintain Tables of Contents (TOC) and Tables of Authorities (TOA)
- Perform document comparisons, redlining, advanced formatting, and redactions
- Assist with document production and litigation file management
- Monitor litigation deadlines and maintain attorney calendars
Administrative Support
- Manage complex attorney calendars and scheduling
- Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics
- Process time entries and expense reports
- Draft and prepare professional correspondence
- Maintain organized electronic and physical files
- Communicate professionally with attorneys, clients, court personnel, vendors, and internal teams
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications
Required
- 5+ years of litigation legal assistant, legal administrative assistant, or litigation support experience in a law firm environment
- Strong civil litigation experience
- Experience with state and federal court e-filing
- Experience using PACER and court ECF systems
- Trial, hearing, and deposition preparation experience
- Advanced Microsoft Word skills, including:
- Redlining
- Document comparison
- Advanced formatting
- Table of Authorities (TOA)
- Table of Contents (TOC)
- Embedded hyperlinks
- Strong proofreading, editing, and document production skills
- Ability to support multiple attorneys in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Preferred
- Experience with Maryland, Virginia, DC, and Federal Court filings
- Appellate filing experience
- Experience with Relativity
- Docketing experience
- Experience with case management software such as Clio or similar platforms
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat, Best Authority, DocuSign, PDF software, and document management systems

Schedule & Benefits
