Position Description

We're looking for Dock Hands to join our team at The Cove Marina! As a Dock Hand, you'll play a vital role in supporting boaters and maintaining the marina's overall safety, cleanliness, and functionality. You'll be hands-on, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for customers while working in a dynamic, outdoor setting.

Job Responsibilities

• Keep the docks clean, safe, and fully operational • Assist boat owners with docking and undocking • Secure boats safely to the docks • Coordinate the arrival and departure of boats smoothly • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns with a friendly, professional attitude • Dispense fuel to boats as needed • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the marina facilities • Assist with general building and grounds upkeep
