A Dock to Driver Training Program is a structured initiative offered by many trucking or logistics companies that allows current dock workers or warehouse employees to transition into professional truck driving roles. The program typically includes classroom instruction, hands-on driving experience, and support to obtain a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
