Unarmed Security Officer – On Call

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Schedule: On Call / As Needed

Pay Rate: $16.51 per hour

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide professional security services in accordance with company policies, post orders, and client requirements.
  • Conduct foot patrols and monitor assigned areas to identify security concerns, unsafe conditions, hazards, or emergencies.
  • Perform site-specific duties such as customer service, loss prevention, lobby/visitor assistance, retail security, loading dock security, and other assigned security functions.
  • Monitor and respond to security incidents in accordance with company procedures and site post orders.
  • Write clear, accurate, and detailed incident reports documenting unusual activities, incidents, and actions taken.
  • Notify supervisors, management, or other appropriate personnel of incidents and security concerns as required.
  • Follow all site-specific policies, emergency procedures, and company standards.
  • Maintain professional appearance, reliable attendance, and excellent customer service.
  • Complete all required company and site training.
  • Perform additional security or support duties as assigned by supervisors or requested by the client.
Qualifications
  • Professional and dependable attitude.
  • Strong communication and observation skills.
  • Ability to remain alert and respond appropriately to security incidents.
  • Ability to complete accurate written reports.
  • Willingness to work on-call and as-needed shifts.
  • Prior security experience is a plus, but not required.
