Position Summary: Clean, wash and sanitize meat, seafood and poultry processing areas and maintain cleanliness of workspace by performing the following duties.

What you’ll do:

  • Prep Processing room for washing
  • Power down machines using appropriate procedures
  • Break down equipment for cleaning.
  • Remove cardboard, trash bags, inedible from processing rooms
  • Use high and low pressure water wash systems with water temperature between 120-140F
  • Use proper detergent and sanitizing chemicals following MSDS procedures
  • Ability to read labels for chemical identification

About you:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-6 months of experience
