What You'll Do
  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial dock and door equipment at customer locations
  • Perform preventative maintenance inspections and recommend repairs as needed
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
  • Repair and service dock levelers, overhead doors, high-speed doors, vehicle restraints, seals, shelters, and related equipment
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers regarding repairs and recommendations
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through reliable service
  • Document service work accurately and completely
  • Maintain and manage service tools, equipment, and company vehicle
  • Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times
  • Work independently while coordinating with the service team as needed

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
