Job Summary
We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to provide outpatient primary care services to adult patients. The role focuses on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and value-based patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
Manage conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, COPD
Conduct wellness visits and routine follow-ups
Collaborate with supervising physician (if required)
Maintain timely and accurate documentation
Qualifications
MSN or DNP
FNP-BC or FNP-C
Active Texas APRN license
DEA registration
Primary care experience preferred
