Job description

Job Summary
The Senior DNA L2/L3 Support Engineer will provide production support for the Fiserv DNA application, handling incidents, service requests, troubleshooting, release support, and vendor escalations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Triage and resolve DNA application alerts, incidents, and service requests.
  • Execute operational runbooks and troubleshoot configuration and connectivity issues.
  • Support application releases and perform release validation.
  • Maintain the known-error database and technical knowledge articles.
  • Coordinate escalations with Fiserv and other vendors.
  • Provide RCA inputs for recurring or critical production issues.

Required Skills

  • 6–10+ years of hands-on Fiserv DNA support/implementation experience.
  • Strong production troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid understanding of core banking operations and applications.
