Summary:
Program and install gaming management systems and related equipment. Responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of various gaming devices and related equipment. Follow all operating procedures, safety regulations and policies and procedures.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
  • Providing support for gaming management systems and IT related issues
  • Repair and maintain gaming management systems and equipment.
  • Inventory control.
  • Install gaming devices and associated equipment and cabling.
  • Safely drive to and from assigned route locations following all local, state, and federal laws and company's driving policies and procedures
  • Build, install, program and configure gaming devices of all types and associated equipment.
  • Install necessary cabling for all gaming related equipment i.e. Cat 5/6, Coax, Fiber.
  • Accurately and efficiently completes all paperwork related to repairs.
  • Performs preventative maintenance on all gaming equipment.
  • Troubleshoot issues to determine game functionality.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, federal regulations, as they apply to the position.
  • Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience working with network devices.
  • Previous experience performing same or similar job duties preferred.
  • Basic computer knowledge in working with MS Windows and Office
  • Able to communicate effectively with team members, guests, location owners/managers and Supervisors.
  • Proven experience being reliable, dependable, and honest.
  • Familiar with and knowledgeable of the area road system
  • Comfortable driving during various driving conditions and traffic patterns, including rush hour.
  • Proven experience providing high level of guest service.
  • Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Able to successfully work independently.
  • Must be able to travel - work various hours and travel outside of the city (Occasional weekends).
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to functionally communicate occupational-based English, both written and verbal.
  • Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company.
  • Verify right to work in the United States.
