Job description

We are looking for a Service Technician that will provide repairs and service work by installing, troubleshooting, and repairing mobile medical imaging equipment.

Location: Office-based role located on-site at our Sioux Falls location, 109 S Petro Ave, Sioux Falls, SD 57107

Essential Duties

  1. Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a wide range of medical equipment and other mobile medical trailer devices according to company guidelines.
  2. Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and inventory.
  3. Test equipment functionality and perform preventative maintenance as scheduled.
  4. Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
