The Operations Supervisor serves as the primary operational leader for field-based mobile imaging technologists, technologist assistants, and route drivers. This position supports employees and customers by coordinating the activities of assigned mobile and fixed-site imaging routes, ensuring effective service delivery and operational efficiency.

Location: Office-based role located on-site at our West Fargo corporate headquarters, 728 East Beaton Drive, Suite 101 or Sioux Falls location, 109 S Petro Ave. 

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Operations Management, Radiologic Sciences, or a related field or equivalent work related experience.
  • Previous leadership, supervisory, or team coordination experience with the ability to effectively coach, mentor, and support geographically dispersed employees. 
  • Exceptional time management, organizational, relationship management, critical thinking and verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • PC proficiency using a variety of software packages and computer navigation.
  • Must have a strong accuracy and detail orientation and the ability to work well independently with limited direct supervision.
  • The ability to handle difficult situations, remain calm under stress, manage emotional situations, display empathy and maintain positive communication during a rapidly changing environment is a must!
  • Ability to analyze operational data and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Must be flexible to work outside of traditional business hours as needed.
