Job description

About Sunrise Group

Sunrise Group is building the future of sleep health by combining breakthrough technology with expert care. We started in 2015 with a straightforward idea: sleep diagnosis should happen in the comfort of your own home, not in a hospital. To make that possible, we created a first-of-its-kind chin sensor, carefully validated through clinical research, reviewed by leading sleep experts, and cleared by the FDA.

Since then, Sunrise Group has grown from a single innovation into a complete sleep health company. We now design advanced diagnostic and treatment solutions, and we deliver care directly to patients through Dreem Health, our digital sleep clinic. By serving patients in all 50 states with reimbursed care, we are making sleep treatment more accessible, more personal, and much simpler than it has ever been.

Your opportunity

Dreem Health is leading the way in modern sleep apnea care, combining cutting-edge technology with compassionate, patient-centered support. As a Sleep Technologist, you will play a central role in our treatment team, serving as a trusted partner to patients throughout their journey to better sleep and health.

This position offers the opportunity to be deeply involved in every stage of patient care—from the initiation of PAP therapy to long-term follow-up and hands-on support through any challenges that arise. Your expertise will directly impact treatment success, patient satisfaction, and adherence, as you help individuals overcome barriers and regain quality of life through consistent, effective therapy.

This is a meaningful opportunity for a motivated Sleep Technologist to help redefine the future of sleep health—one patient at a time.

What you bring
  • Holds an RPSGT credential from the BRPT (or an equivalent certification), or is a Registered Respiratory Therapist from the NBRC (or an equivalent certification);
  • Must be certified, registered, or licensed to practice in the state of California;
  • Ability to initiate PAP therapy and to monitor adherence according to company policy.
  • Ability to troubleshoot PAP devices.
  • Experience with an EMR/EHR system or database system
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Comfort with digital tools, multitasking, and a dynamic team environment
  • A genuine passion for patient care, improving healthcare access and patient outcomes
What makes you stand out
  • Prior experience in a durable medical equipment (DME) setting or sleep medicine practice, including hands-on experience with mask fitting and selection, PAP setup, troubleshooting equipment issues, and monitoring patient adherence to PAP therapy
  • Technical knowledge of RPM and remote software (e.g., Airview).
  • An understanding of healthcare insurances and billing
  • High level of empathy and understanding of patients' needs as you strive to provide exceptional patient service and support throughout their care journey.
Benefits that make a difference
  • Be part of an international team across the US, Paris, Belgium, and Vienna
  • Comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision)
  • 401(k) with company match
  • 20 days PTO + 10 paid holidays + sick leave
  • Continuing Medical Education (CME) to supporting your growth and ongoing professional development
  • FREE One Medical membership
  • Internet reimbursement

We count on one another, building trust through dependable actions and authentic teamwork. And we always let the sun rise — leading with optimism, compassion, and the belief that better sleep unlocks a healthier, fuller life.

We value people, not just paper. Don't quite meet every qualification? Apply anyway! We're interested in your unique perspective and what you'll bring to our team. Tell us your story and why you're passionate about improving sleep health. Real-world experience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help patients often matter more than checking every box.
