Job description

Ludwig Building's is in search of a highly motivated and experienced metal building salesmen to take-over and build-out its Gulfcoast presence between Mississippi, Alabama and Florida. Ludwig has a very strong reputation in this corridor and because the area is geographically close to its HQ and manufacturing facility, a quality salesmen will have the opportunity to thrive in this market.

A Ludwig District Sales Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining a customer base within their defined territory. The DM is expected to lead the sales and marketing efforts for Ludwig Buildings, in order to achieve the overall goals established by the Management Team. Heavy focus on new business development in addition to maintaining Ludwig's current customer base. Ludwig DM's meet with customers frequently to discuss their building requirements and make recommendations. DM's provide support and knowledge to architects and engineers throughout a project life-cycle.

  • Metal Building or Construction Experience is a must.
  • Extensive knowledge of pre-engineered steel buildings systems is preferred.
  • Ability to read construction drawings.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
