We are looking for an HSE Project Specialist to drive HSSE excellence in Umbilicals & Cables projects, ensuring compliance while promoting a proactive safety and sustainability culture across teams. Main Responsibilities: Lead and drive Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) performance across Umbilicals & Cables (U&C) projects. Ensure the development, implementation, and ongoing monitoring of the HSSE Management System within the project, in full compliance with regulatory, corporate, contractual, and certification requirements.

Provide functional expertise and support to the Project Manager, contributing to the continuous development of a strong, healthy, safe, and sustainable performance culture. Act as an integrated member of the Project Team, reporting within the project organization and maintaining regular interaction with the client. Collaborate closely with the manufacturing HSSE team to ensure alignment and consistency in HSSE practices across both project and manufacturing environments.

Minimum Requirements: Min 3-5 experience in HSSE, technical safety or similar Documented practice working with HSSE in projects Knowledge of Oil & Gas industry is advantageous.
