Glenroads Veterinary Clinic is seeking a full-time Veterinarian to join our growing team in Bettendorf, Iowa — conveniently located in the heart of the Quad Cities, with easy access to Davenport, Iowa and Moline, Illinois. We offer a rare blend of mentorship, clinical autonomy, and work‑life balance, including no nights, no on‑call, and only every other Saturday hours.

Hours & Schedule

Our progressive compensation model includes competitive base salaries with production compensation opportunities – plus, no negative accrual. You’re willing and able to provide comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental care, collaborate with a supportive team, communicate effectively with clients, and contribute to a positive culture centered on continuous learning and patient‑focused care.

We are open Monday through Friday with rotating every other Saturday hours from 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, and no evening, overnight, or on‑call responsibilities, giving you the ability to enjoy everything the Quad Cities area has to offer both professionally and personally.

Your Experience & Skills

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) or equivalent degree required
• State Veterinary Board License and must be in good standing for the state in which they intend to be hired, prior to their start date
• Active DEA license or DEA licensure eligible
