THE PERSON
Are you a modern SDR who blends creativity with discipline: sharp targeting, great messaging, and relentless follow-up? You’ll own outbound that turns “not interested” into genuine curiosity and booked meetings. Join us in a flexible, growth-oriented environment that values work-life balance and career advancement while shaping the future of business communications.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Research and identify target accounts and the right contacts within those accounts.

  • Create compelling hooks and run structured outreach sequences that drive replies, conversations, and meetings.

  • Proactively source and “recruit conversations” with currently employed SDRs and other high performers on LinkedIn and beyond.

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on fit, needs, urgency, and buying process.

  • Book qualified meetings and demos for Account Executives and ensure clean handoffs with strong notes and context.

Partner with Marketing to test messaging, offers, and campaigns and provide feedback from the market.

  • Collaborate with Sales leadership and Account Executives on targeting, account strategy, and meeting quality.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including confidence on the phone.

  • Comfort with high volume outbound activity and professional follow-up.

  • Experience using a CRM and sales tools, or the ability to learn quickly.

  • Highly organized with strong time management in a remote environment.

Preferred:

  • SaaS, telecommunications, or technology sales experience.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Salesforce (or similar CRM), LinkedIn, and modern sales tools.

  • Experience selling into automotive, dealerships, franchises, or multi-location businesses.

  • Proven track record of exceeding activity targets and booking high quality meetings.

WORKSITE

  • We are open to hybrid or fully remote candidates. Those local to Southfield, MI will work from our HQ office up to 3 days per week.

  • All candidates should have a dedicated home office space and strong internet connection.

  • Do the Right Thing: Apply the Golden Rule, even when no one is around to see it

  • Humbly Confident: Be self-assured but know when to ask for help

  • Seek to Understand: Appreciate another's perspective before sharing your own
