PaxeraHealth Corp. is now hiring interns to join our talented team of individuals in our Sales department.  We seek a junior or senior college student who will embrace our culture of excellence, service and integrity.  This person will assist in the support of our team in the sale of our medical imaging software to our clients.    

As a developer of technologies that help manage millions of medical images every year, PaxeraHealth Corp. is shaping the industry and transforming technologies so radiologists and clinicians have what they need. We currently seek an Intern with solid customer service skills and sales ability who is interested in performing a number of administrative and sales related tasks, eventually learning the product and performing sales. The position is located in Newton, MA, and requires someone who is energetic, willing to learn and wants to be involved in a fast paced and exciting environment. You will be working on site for this job in a facility with high consideration to health safety measures.

You will be responsible to assist us with the following key functions: 

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provides general administrative support to the internal sales team and works on special projects and campaigns as assigned.
  • Communicates with clients as directed, responding to their inquiries and reaching out to them to insure customer satisfaction. 
  • Reaches out by phone to make sales support calls to current and prospective clients in the industry.
  • Revises customer lists and ensures that all are up-to-date and correct.
  • Submits a weekly report showing the progress of calls made and sales generated. 

Qualifications and Skills

  • An undergraduate enrolled in a BS degree program with a major in Sales/Marketing, Business or related fields.
  • Some customer service or marketing experience with proven ability to build relationships with clients is preferred. 
  • Must be comfortable calling clients.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office; solid excel skills.
  • Must have strong organizational skill with ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and prioritize appropriately.
  • Ability to quickly respond to customer questions and emails. 
  • Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check.
