This role is fully remote, offering flexibility to provide therapy services from the comfort of your own space while engaging with clients from various backgrounds. You will be equipped with advanced telehealth tools, which streamline client management and enhance the therapeutic process.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments on clients to identify their needs and challenges, resulting in individualized therapy plans that lead to effective treatment outcomes.
• Facilitate sessions via telehealth, utilizing evidence-based practices to address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship conflicts.
• Document client progress meticulously, ensuring all interventions are recorded and supportive of treatment objectives, enabling a fluid therapeutic process.
• Develop and implement crisis intervention strategies for clients experiencing immediate distress, providing timely support that could impact their safety and well-being.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to provide holistic care tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Engage in regular supervision and peer consultations to enhance clinical skills and maintain a high standard of care.
• Stay abreast of developments in the field of marriage and family therapy, integrating new knowledge into clinical practice.

Your client base will encompass a diverse array of individuals and families from the Las Vegas area who seek support through various life transitions, relationship difficulties, and mental health challenges. You'll work with adult clients, adolescents, and families, tailoring your approach to meet the unique dynamics and specific needs of each client. The goal is to empower clients to embrace personal change and foster resilience in their relationships.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is essential.
• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Nevada is required.
• Demonstrated expertise in clinical assessment, treatment planning, and case management with a strong focus on outcome-based care.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to create rapport and build trust with a diverse client population.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience is desired, ideally involving work with varied client demographics.
• Experience in using electronic health records (EHR) and teletherapy platforms is a distinct advantage.
• Specialties or certifications in trauma-informed care, adolescent therapy, or couples counseling are highly valued.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
