Job description

About the Role LC Associate (Shift: 5:00am to 1:30pm). Pay: $18.00 + Equipment Differential. In this role, you'll be a permanent team member at one of our Logistics Centers (Warehouses). You'll qualify for full corporate health benefits, earn additional pay for overtime, late shifts and equipment training, and have the opportunity to grow your career within our facility. Responsibilities Perform to standards in multiple functions within the Logistics Center to include shipping, receiving, inventory control, and utilize various types of material handling equipment. Perform to standards in multiple functions (productivity, performance, safety, quality) – 20% Rotate from function to function within the logistics center to include shipping/receiving – 20% Operate material handling equipment – 20% Maintain a safe and clean working environment – 5% Replenish workstations with supplies – 5% Perform additional duties as assigned – 5% Meet attendance and punctuality standards – 25% Qualifications 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. Equipment experience on Double Pallet, Stand up, Turret, cherry picker, and Reach. Must have experience on some of the listed equipment. High School Diploma or GED preferred. Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Transports up to 50 lbs. Executes instructions and requests clarification when needed. Possesses basic clerical and data entry skills. Performs basic mathematical calculations. Recognizes and attends to important details with accuracy and efficiency. Communicates clearly and conveys necessary information. Works constructively under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines. Maintains and promotes social, ethical, and organizational standards in conducting internal and external business activities. Builds solid, effective working relationships with others. Uses relevant computer system applications at a basic level. Working Conditions Distribution center environment may include exposure to extreme temperatures, high noise levels, high places, wet and/or humid conditions, and outside weather conditions. Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires. Consistent non-standard work or overtime as business requires.
