Who are we looking for?

California licensed Litigation Attorneys to join us and commence their LOD journey.

To join us, you will:
  • Be actively licensed and in good standing with the California Bar
  • Have general litigation experience; defense-side backgrounds such as product liability or medical malpractice are strongly preferred
  • Have deposition and motion experience
  • Be client centric, adaptable, and able to manage matters with increasing autonomy
  • Be available during core weekday PST business hours (minimum 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.)
Position Details:
  • Full-time hours
  • Start date: ASAP
  • Duration: Long-term, ongoing (indefinite)
  • Hourly pay rate: $65 - 75 PLUSDOE and for California residents, willingness to perform onsite court appearances
  • Work location: Remote, some roles include onsite appearances
  • Onsite appearances may include final status conferences or trial readiness conferences, typically scheduled two weeks in advance
About the assignment

This role supports an AM Law 100 firm handling consumer warranty litigation matters. Attorneys will manage cases from active litigation through resolution, including court appearances and depositions.

For Consumer Warranty cases, the client will provide full training on case strategy from start to finish and will guide you so you know the right approach the next time you see it. If you are willing to put in the effort to learn it, you will flourish. There is tremendous autonomy and exposure to handling your own depositions, hearings, and court appearances.

No assignment or day is ever the same. Our clients are large national and international companies. These assignments are of varied durations, ranging anywhere from 3-6 months initially or long term.
