Driver Drivers often encounter challenges such as unpredictable traffic, last-minute route changes, and tight delivery schedules. Many employers provide route optimization tools and GPS systems, but staying calm under pressure and maintaining clear communication with dispatchers and customers are essential for overcoming these challenges and ensuring timely deliveries.
