We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize manufacturing processes within the metal finishing industry. This pivotal role involves overseeing plant operations, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring the efficient delivery of high-quality finished products. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in production management, supply chain analytics, and process improvement, with a focus on fostering a culture of operational excellence. Responsibilities

  • Lead daily manufacturing operations, ensuring alignment with production schedules and quality standards.
