Senior Level Insider Threat Liaison Analyst Camp Lejeune, NC Active TS/SCI Required EnProVera is seeking a Senior Threat Liaison Analyst to support Marine Corps commands at Camp Lejeune, NC. You'll build trusted relationships, deliver insider threat training, and lead the full lifecycle of case management from triage and analysis to senior‑level briefings and mitigation recommendations. The position drives the development of SOPs, CONOPs, reporting requirements, and analytic workflows while producing high‑quality intelligence products aligned with DoD and DITMAC standards.

Position Responsibilities: Build Trusted Partnerships: * Develop and maintain strong relationships with Marine Corps commands across assigned regions, serving as a trusted advisor on insider threat awareness and program engagement. Deliver Impactful Training: * Lead insider threat training sessions for commanders, supervisors, and stakeholders across security, prevention, and personnel communities. Serve as a Key Liaison: * Act as the primary coordination channel between program stakeholders and government representatives, supporting product development, program reviews, and information sharing.

Brief Senior Leaders: * Present analytic findings, insider threat inquiries, and actionable mitigation strategies to senior leadership in a clear and compelling manner. Shape Program Operations: * Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of standard operating procedures (SOPs), concepts of operations (CONOPs), and other critical program documentation. Manage Reporting Requirements: * Identify, validate, and oversee reporting obligations to DoD, SECNAV, DITMAC, and command leadership.

Support Strategic Initiatives: * Contribute to broader program efforts, including communications, stakeholder engagement, and system or program integration activities. Required Skills and Experience: * 5+ years of military or all‑source intelligence experience at tactical and strategic levels * Strong understanding of intelligence processes, research methods, and analytic tradecraft * Experience with UAM systems and insider threat/counterintelligence analysis * Demonstrated ability to analyze complex information and produce accurate, timely intelligence products * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including briefing senior audiences * Knowledge of domestic and international threats to U.S. national security Required Security: * Current TS/SCI * US Citizen FLSA Class: Exempt Location: Camp Lejeune, NC About Us: EnProVera offers a competitive salary, paid time off including government holidays, and a comprehensive benefits package.
