Top Flight Electric of Winter Haven, FL is looking to hire a full-time (45-50 hours weekly) Residential Electrician / Lead Tech to educate our clients on electrical safety issues as you diagnose and repair electrical issues in their homes. This position performs any and all residential electrical services including the installation of outlets, fixtures, panels, etc. Are you a skilled electrical technician who is a motivated team player and looking for a growing company to build a successful, long-term career with? This Lead Technician / Electrician position offers top base pay plus performance-based bonuses, with total earning potential of $100,000 to $140,000+ per year.
