Work Schedule (Split Shift)
  • Day Shift: Mondayโ€“Friday | 9:30 AM โ€“ 1:30 PM
  • Night Shift: Sundayโ€“Thursday | 7:00 PM โ€“ approximately 11:00 PM
Territory

DFW West: Weatherford, Fort Worth, Azle, White Settlement, North Richland Hills, Haltom City, Alliance, and Haslet.

About the Role

We're looking for a District Manager who maintains high standards, takes ownership, and values trust, respect, and accountability. This role requires independent decision-making, strong relationships with team members, and a commitment to outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Manage service operations for 20+ apartment communities.
  • Lead, coach, and oversee 15โ€“30+ Valet Trash Technicians.
  • Report to the Regional Manager to ensure client satisfaction and operational excellence.
  • Work remotelyย and in the field while maintaining a split-shift schedule.
  • Provide on-call support for technicians and communities.
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop Service Valets.
  • Ensure nightly trash and recycling collection is completed.
  • Conduct property inspections for resident and technician compliance.
  • Create and manage technician schedules.
  • Resolve customer concerns quickly and efficiently.
  • Train and enforce company safety policies while reporting incidents promptly.
  • Deliver required reports to property staff daily.
  • Maintain accurate customer, employee, and operational records.
  • Identify employee development needs through coaching and training.
  • Lead new community launches, including container distributions.
  • Travel throughout the assigned district.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Customer service and people management experience (part-time workforce preferred).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of employment law, customer service, and leadership principles.
  • Strong strategic thinking, integrity, accountability, and work ethic.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage stress effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong teams, hold others accountable, and collaborate across departments.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to empathize with customers and employees.
  • Flexibility to work a split schedule and remain on call as business needs require.
