What you enjoy doing...

  • Oversees all activities of the Metro Sales Managers, Territory Sales Managers and Key Account Managers within the district.
  • Oversees all hiring, training and termination of sales management and sales personnel within the District.
  • Establishes performance goals and development plans for all Metro Sales Management.
  • Works collaboratively with Metro Sales Managers to establish performance goals and development plans for all sales personnel within the District and monitors performance on a continual basis.
  • Responsible for the development, implementation and results of all pricing strategies within the District.
  • Oversees the development and execution of all strategic sales plans within the District and ensures alignment with the strategic initiatives of the company.
  • Responsible for the development and implementation of district-wide revenue plans and results.
  • Coordinates sales activities/organization with all other departments/divisions of the company (Operations, IT, Call Center, Credit, Training, National Accounts, Marketing, Fleet).
  • Oversees the District’s compensation structure and all performance based pay.
  • Identifies opportunities for growth in both markets and verticals in coordination with company initiatives.
  • Responsible for the development and implementation of all sales related communication in conjunction with company-wide initiatives.
  • Oversees the evaluation, development and implementation of sales territories, quotas and alignment of sales and sales management personnel within the District.
  • Oversees the development and/or maintenance of all customers within the District.
  • Promotes maximum efficiencies within the District through on going evaluation, development and implementation of effective reporting tools, streamlined processes and decision making in conjunction with company-wide tools and processes.
  • Works closely with District Operations Manager and Operations team to ensure connectivity to all District wide sales strategies & initiatives.
  • Works closely with District Operations Manager and Operations team to ensure quality control and maximum deliverable.
  • Works closely with District Operations Manager to ensure proper Fleet mix and proactive Fleet Management.

 Skills and experience you have...

  • Superior communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer relation skills.
  • Top planning skills and the ability to translate plans into actions.
  • Excellent business acumen.
  • Previous sales and sales management experience with large accounts.
  • Must be able to meet performance, productivity and efficiency standards.
  • Previous sales management experience.

Salary range is between $108,000 to $145,000 + is based on skills and experience
