Eagle Point School District 9 (EPSD9) is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Special Education Resource Teacher
to join the team at Table Rock Elementary School. This critical role supports students with disabilities by providing specially designed instruction
and services that promote academic, social, and emotional development in a welcoming and inclusive environment.

Located in the beautiful Rogue Valley of southern Oregon, EPSD9 serves students in Eagle Point, White City,

About the Role

The Special Education Resource Teacher at Table Rock Elementary will evaluate, design, and implement instruction for students with
disabilities, ensuring compliance with state and federal laws. As a key member of the Student Services Team and IEP teams,
the teacher will collaborate with general education staff, administrators, families, and specialists to develop and deliver individualized
education plans that support student success.


Responsibilities include instructional planning, classroom support, monitoring student progress, and maintaining all required
documentation at a proficient level. The teacher will provide training and guidance to instructional assistants, consult with staff and families,
participate in eligibility determinations, and contribute to school-based professional development on best practices in special education.

Who We're Looking For

EPSD9 is seeking an educator with a current Oregon Teaching License with a Special Education endorsement.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong collaboration, organization, communication, and leadership skills.
Familiarity with IEP processes, effective use of assessment data, and the ability to provide differentiated instruction tailored to
student needs are essential. Bilingual candidates (Spanish) are encouraged to apply. 


Successful candidates will model professionalism, uphold confidentiality, and contribute positively to the school climate.
Experience working with diverse learners, utilizing technology for instruction and documentation, and applying trauma-informed
and inclusive practices will enhance a candidate's impact.

Title: Special Education Teacher- Resource for 2026-2027 School Year
Location: Table Rock Elementary, White City, OR
Supervisor: Principal or designee
Contract Days:  193/194 days to begin August 2026
Salary Range: No less than $46,548 - $90,846 plus master's stipend of $2,327 (depending upon approved previous experience and graduate level credits). 
Special Education Teachers receive a Federal Compliance Stipend of $3,000 each year
Salary listed indicates current 2023-2026 Collective Bargaining Agreement - subject to change 
Position will begin August 27, 2026, with screening to begin immediately.
