Job description

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead a growing team of Agronomic Technical Consultants (ATCs) / Sales Representatives across Oklahoma, Nebraska, Kansas, and Missouri. This position will be responsible for driving regional sales growth, developing key retailer relationships, and coaching the sales team to achieve its goals.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Agronomic Technical Consultants (ATC's) / Sales Representatives.
  • Develop and execute regional sales plans and growth strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agricultural retailers and distributors.
  • Identify new customers, markets, and growth opportunities.
  • Conduct weekly sales calls, field visits and post season meetings with team members.
  • Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and territory goals.
  • Work closely with leadership, marketing, and technical teams to support customers and grow the business.
  • Participate in employee relations management; including but not limited to hiring, onboarding, training, performance reviews, compensation, discipline, and termination of employees.

Requirements
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of agricultural sales experience, preferably in fertilizer, crop nutrition, bio stimulants, or related products.
  • Previous sales leadership or team management experience.
  • Strong understanding of agricultural retailers and the crop input industry.
  • Proven ability to grow sales and develop customer relationships.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel throughout OK, NE, KS, and MO.
  • Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agribusiness, Business, or related field preferred.
