This position is located at 11681 State Ave, Kansas City, Kansas, 66111 United States

A Flow Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the replenishment fulfillment processes in the distribution center. They act as liaisons between various departments within the center to proactively identify and resolve any issues that may arise. A successful Flow Coordinator is someone who can thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment, pays attention to detail, is open to accepting new and diverse assignments, and is goal-oriented. They are also excellent team players, possess a positive attitude, and have outstanding organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.

Schedule: KC1 D583 (Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm)


  • Maintain 21-Day Planner.
  • Accurately monitor and report at the start of shift, bi-hourly, and end of shift and complete it on time. 
  • Daily set shift goals and labor plans to keep all channels within SLA. 
  • Start each shift with a clear plan, including identifying top priorities and known obstacles.
  • Complete all SLA-related reporting.
  • Monitor and report IB freight performance against plan/schedule. 
  • Automate and maintain workflow in all areas. 
  • Identify and report aged products at all touchpoints. 
  • Update weekly labor planning. 
  • Provide accurate end-of-day reporting numbers. 
  • Interact with management and cross-functional teams to resolve issues affecting operations.
  • Ensure that all employees are trained in matters of safety, and operation standards, and have the necessary tools, equipment, and supplies to perform job functions. 
  • Inspect the quality of work and accuracy. 
  • Address employee needs and communicate any issues to the Flow Manager. 
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies. 
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

  • 18 years or older
  • High school degree or GED required 
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access
  • Understanding of Outlook Email system
  • Maintain acceptable attendance and must be able to work overtime as required 
  • Comprehend and follow work instructions to meet productivity and quality standards

Physical Requirements

  • Stand and walk throughout a shift 
  • Climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl for extended periods 
  • Reach, pull, push, and lift freight and other objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights to 50 pounds 
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely as required for the position which requires coordinated movements
