The Manager, Strategy & Transformation will join the global S&T team in North America, initially supporting a critical Distribution Network Transformation.
Your Impact
  • Stakeholder management incl. creation of senior management presentations and communication across different hierarchical levels. Program management support including KPI definitions, tracking of progress, and professionally leading escalations if necessary
  • Manage program timelines, dependencies, and communications to ensure efficient execution. Take ownership of and create key program deliverables such as the creation of a project plan or financial business case
  • Analysis and initiation of strategic and/or transformative programs. Continuous learning on various upcoming topics including dealer performance management, use of artificial intelligence, or agriculture business.
  • Preparation of external meetings, e.g., with distribution partners, orchestrate contract renewal efforts starting with fact-based dealer performance data preparation to share with internal teams. Coordinate identification and documentation of performance deficiencies using standardized templates from Brands, Distribution Management, and Aftersales.
  • Track progress across all dealers coming up for renewals. Escalate issues for resolution to Brand Leads and Distribution Management Lead to ensure contracts are signed on time. Activate communication with new sets of dealers based on performance scorecards and contract renewal dates.

Your Experience and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, 2-5 years of work experience in large program support role
  • Languages: English (fluent)
  • Self-sufficient, independent work style
  • Preferred experience in agriculture industry and/or B2B sales & distribution.
  • Preferred prior consulting experience
