As a Distribution Supervisor, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of our Distribution team, ensuring the accurate, timely, and efficient movement of durable medical equipment (DME) and medical supplies. You'll oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping and receiving, fleet coordination, and team performance while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Lead, coach, and develop Warehouse Associates and Delivery Technicians

  • Oversee inventory accuracy, receiving, shipping, and distribution of medical supplies and DME

Position Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Two (2)+ years of leadership experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, or supply chain operations

  • Valid Class D (or higher) driver's license with a clean driving record

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred

  • Healthcare, DME, or medical supply distribution experience preferred

Physical Requirements
  • Frequently lift and move up to 25 lbs.; occasionally up to 50 lbs.

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and safely perform warehouse activities throughout the workday
