This is a fully onsite role at our brand-new facility located at 15333 Independence Parkway, Fort Worth, TX. It's an exciting time at McMaster-Carr as we grow into our new regional headquarters in Fort Worth-a modern, automated distribution facility that will help support Texas customers with the excellent service and innovative solutions that define our company.

What You'll Do
You'll begin by learning and mastering one core role within our facility. Once you've built proficiency in that role, you'll expand your skillset through experiences such as:
  • Handling oversized or heavy inventory using powered industrial vehicles (training provided)
  • Preparing outgoing packages and conducting quality checks to ensure presentation and accuracy
  • Fulfilling orders accurately to help customers meet their business needs

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work and are results-oriented self-starters. Our warehouse is clean, temperature-controlled, and equipped with technology to help you do your best work.
Who You Are
A bachelor's degree is preferred for this role.

Cash Compensation
Total cash compensation ranges from $95,500 - $108,500 annually, which includes annual cash profit sharing based on company profitability.
