HiFyve is hiring a 3rd Shift Warehouse & Distribution Supervisor in the Commercial Construction & Fabrication industry in Columbus, OH! 


Salary: $up to 36/hr + shift differential

Shift: Full Time, 3rd Shift

Location: Columbus, OH


Position Summary:

Join an established commercial construction and fabrication organization in a hands-on leadership role overseeing third-shift warehouse and distribution operations. You'll lead warehouse personnel while ensuring inventory, material staging, shipping/receiving, and heavy industrial materials flow safely and efficiently to support fabrication and construction projects. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead third-shift warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, and material-staging operations.
  • Supervise warehouse personnel and coordinate effective cross-shift handoffs.
  • Manage inbound deliveries, jobsite returns, and outbound shipments.
  • Oversee inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and material tracking.
  • Coordinate staging and kitting of pipe, steel, valves, fittings, and other materials for fabrication.
  • Supervise forklift operations, truck loading/unloading, and material rigging.
  • Maintain an organized warehouse and optimize floor and rack storage.
  • Lead daily safety talks and ensure safe material-handling practices.
  • Identify opportunities to improve warehouse workflow and efficiency.



Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:


  • 5+ years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience.
  • 2+ years of warehouse/logistics supervisory experience.
  • Industrial, manufacturing, fabrication, or construction experience preferred.
  • Experience with heavy materials, inventory control, shipping/receiving, and material staging.
  • Forklift proficiency required; rigging experience preferred.
  • Experience with WMS/ERP inventory systems and Microsoft Office.
  • BOM, material kitting, and Bluebeam experience are a plus.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Valid driver's license and OSHA 10 certification required.
