JOB SUMMARY

The primary responsibility for the Distribution Manager is to lead a high functioning team while always representing Paramount Global’s core values. Direct and optimize all distribution center activities for our largest multi-customer flagship location, with the goal of exceeding both internal and external customer expectations and operational KPIs. Provide direction and development to team and growth through operational excellence and continuous improvement is alignment with Paramount Global’s mission, values, and vision.

  • Multi-Client Distribution Experience: Experience Managing a distribution center servicing multiple customers with varying service level agreements, balancing priorities and ensuring satisfaction across accounts.

  • Customer Facing Operational Leadership: Served as the primary operational contact for key customers, hosting audits, resolving escalations, and maintaining strong client relationships.
