Job description

We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our team with strong leadership and multitasking skills and the ability to handle high volume/busy operations while able to foster and maintain a positive work environment as well as a friendly and exceptional customer service.

Full Time

Dress code- Business casual/Jeans/Polo/ NO GRAPHIC t-shirts.

Hours- Generally Monday through Friday with flexibility for occasional holiday or weekend supervision. Schedule may vary based on operation & specific needs.

Essential Duties

· As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible to ensure the safety of your team as well as oversee the day to day operations of your local branch including but not limited to Customer Service, Receiving, Shipping, Warehousing, building maintenance, Inventory Counting and Control, etc.

· Implement safety protocols following State and Federal regulations.

· Maintain constant communication with Senior Management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the company.

· Collaborate in the development, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance protocols.

· Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company’s internal capacity.

· Ensure that operational activities remain on time and within budget.

· Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed.

· Train employees on their duties and inventory system as appropriate.

· Managing all logistical aspects of the operation.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

· Three to five years management experience in a similar role preferred.

· Strong interpersonal & written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate to Senior Management, vendors, customers, etc.

· Results oriented, attention to detail.

· Exceptional problem solving/decision making and analytical skills.

· Excellent ability to be organized and to jump from priority to priority.

· Demonstrates the ability to be flexible in a fast-paced environment.

· Computer knowledge and skills to utilize MS Office as an effective management tool.

Physical Requirements:

· Physical ability to stand for extended periods and to lift, push or pull and handle (10-50 pounds) as necessary to operation.

· Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
